**Ingredients:**  

- 200g rice noodles  

- 200g shrimp or chicken  

- 2 eggs  

- 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed  

- 2 tablespoons fish sauce  

- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste  

- 2 tablespoons sugar  

- 1 lime  


**Method:**  

1. Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft.  

2. Sauté shrimp or chicken in a hot pan, then set aside.  

3. Add eggs to the pan and scramble.  

4. Add noodles, fish sauce, tamarind paste, and sugar. Mix well.  

5. Return shrimp or chicken to the pan, garnish with peanuts and lime.

**Ingredients:**  

- 1kg beef roast  

- 2 cups red wine  

- 1 onion, sliced  

- 2 tablespoons vinegar  

- 1 tablespoon mustard  

- 2 bay leaves  


**Method:**  

1. Marinate beef in red wine, vinegar, onion, mustard, and bay leaves for 2 days.  

2. Remove beef, sear it in a pan, then simmer with marinade until tender.  

3. Serve with potatoes or dumplings.

2. Cook pork until browned, then add onion and garlic.  

3. Add beans, bay leaf, and water. Simmer until beans are tender.  

4. Serve with rice and orange slices.

2. Add a layer of nuts, then more phyllo dough. Repeat until finished.

4. Boil sugar, honey, and water to make syrup. Pour over baked baklava.
